Where to find Current Nursing Articles

Question:  My CNO said it would be a good idea to read at least 1 nursing article a month to stay current and keep learning.  

Where can I find current nursing articles?

Answer:   AW Library Services offers several options for finding current nursing articles:



1) Nurses Choice: Recommended Reading for Nurses (by Lippincott)

This is a monthly feature on the AW Library blog and in the monthly AW Library Newsletter.  It features the top 10 most popular nursing articles from the past month. 




2) Top 10 eJournals on the AW Library homepage includes

On the AW Library homepage, click on the covers to go to the current issues.   

 

3) New Issue Alerts/eTOCs for your favorite nursing journals. 

     >  FREE access to professional nursing journals

     >  Delivered to your email with each new issue.

              >  Hundreds of titles available. 

4) Beyond that, you can always do a deep dive into the library citation databases for nursing articles on a particular topic.
