The New Yorker: A.I. Versus M.D.
Physician, scientist, and writer Siddhartha Mukherjee (best known for his 2010 book Emperor of All Maladies: A Biography of the Cancer Gene) recently penned the essay "A.I. Versus M.D.: What happens when diagnosis is automated?" In this New Yorker piece, Mukherjee investigates the feasibility of incorporating machine learning into medical diagnosis.
