There are a few ways to access Clinical Key off-site, but they all involve first setting up a personal account on-site at a work computer so that Clinical Key knows you fall under our license. Please refer to the articles below for more info and tutorials about how to set things up.

Already have a personal account, but forgot your password?

There is a rule about signing in on-site every 180 days, as this lets Clinical Key know that you are still with the organization and have rightful access. They set that up for academic settings where students and faculty move on and no longer have rightful access. Why did my remote access expire?
If you need to log on remotely and cannot be onsite, use the VPN as usual. That should work to get you behind the firewall and reset the access.
