Sincerest apologies for the disruption in access to NRC Plus this week.  The vendor has new security requirements that necessitate updating all of our old links with a new url.

NRC Plus Desktop Icons

AIT pushed out updates for the NRC Plus Desktop icons. 

• Some of the desktop icons are already working with the new link. 
• If yours doesn’t, you may not have gotten the update yet. Try re-starting your computer.
• If it still doesn’t pull in the updated link, contact the AIT Help Desk and ask them to push it out to your computer specifically.  Mention “desktop icon” or “desktop support” in the subject line or title of the request, for it to get to the correct person/team. 

Ascension Wisconsin EHRs:

I updated the NRC Plus Links on the Nursing Point-of-Care LibGuide, which means they should also be working through the various EHRs around the state now, too.    

          > Be aware that you may need to hit refresh for the new NRC Plus links to load on these pages.
